1. If you have gasoline with low olefins and low sulfur content, you can purchase C9 aromatics from catalytic reforming to blend your gasoline. Its octane number is 108, its specific gravity is no more than 0.9, and it is cheap. Refineries generally sell it as fuel oil. 2. You can also purchase catalytic gasoline with high olefin content and blend it with MTBE. The octane number of catalytic gasoline is generally 90~92, and the olefin content is generally 40~60. The octane number of MTBE is generally 115, and they can be used to blend 93# gasoline.
It seems that his gasoline is straight-run gasoline or hydrogenated coked gasoline, and its specific gravity is between 0.6 and 0.65. There is room for blending. 65% of our company's C9 aromatics are blended into gasoline, and the 35% that cannot be blended is sold as fuel oil.

The process product I make is the low-sulfur and low-olefin gasoline mentioned by the poster. This process is currently used by several small factories. Our recommended blending plan: 1. For those with large storage capacity, purchase catalytic gasoline with high olefin content (catalytic 2~4: 1) The blended octane number of your gasoline will be 2 to 3 units higher than the original octane number. 2. When the price of MTBE is the same as that of No. 93 gasoline, add 15% MTBE. If the octane number is not enough, add a small amount of MMT. 3. Add MMT directly (can increase by 2~3RON), the additional fee is 30 yuan/ton.
