The temperature drop of flue gas from the regenerator outlet to the flue gas fan inlet (behind the butterfly valve) is an important parameter reflecting the efficiency of flue gas energy recovery in the system. A large temperature drop indicates significant heat loss of the flue gas in the flue, which generally leads to a reduced efficiency in flue gas energy recovery. At present, there are significant differences in the temperature drop of flue gas from the outlet of the regenerator in various domestic units to the inlet of the flue gas turbine (after the butterfly valve), and there are many factors that influence this drop. Factors such as the length of the flue duct, whether water or steam is sprayed, the thickness of the insulation material, the quality of that insulation, and the type of regeneration all affect the magnitude of this temperature difference. Below are the temperature difference data from some Sinopec catalytic units as recorded in a survey conducted in 2003; we welcome everyone to provide the actual data from their own units, along with information such as the type of regeneration used. Reply to floor 3: Sorry, the flue gas re-ignition mentioned in the table does not refer to the addition of an oxidizing agent; rather, it involves injecting main air into the regeneration flue, allowing the CO in the flue gas to burn there. This increases the temperature and flow rate of the flue gas at the inlet of the smoke extractor, thereby enhancing its recovery efficiency. I didn’t mention it earlier, so I’ll add that here.
