Do devices that do not fall into any category require a license to be manufactured?
For those in the high-pressure category that do not fall into a specific sub-category, a Class “D” manufacturing certificate is required; no such requirement exists for medium and low pressure categories.
Is there no equivalent for high pressure! ! ! ! High-pressure, low-volume devices have all been classified into one category for many years now
You might as well go have it checked; you can do it according to the standards yourself... No one will check you...
If it cannot be classified into any category, one must also consider whether to be subject to the supervision of the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment; if it falls under none of these categories, then there is no need for a manufacturing certificate or a design certificate.
Even for some special cases that don’t fall into any standard category, a license is required.
