Air compressor vibration value

What I would like to ask is: for centrifugal air compressors, where the first and second stages are coaxial and the third and fourth stages are also coaxial, is there any upper limit specified for shaft vibration levels? Is it a factory rule or **is there a rule?
We basically follow the manufacturer’s regulations. **I haven’t seen any regulations, but Petrochemical seems to have its own rules
