Is it by dividing the temperature equally between the boiling point and the freezing point? What is the standard for the flowing oil product? Is it calibrated using temperature or obtained through online analysis? How else could it be determined? How to measure the optimal load of a reactor? Is the oil grade for each layer determined by the temperature of the side line at that layer?
What issues should be noted during study*? Which process (or device control scheme) is most helpful for me?
I’ve looked at many surge formulas for compressors, and after comparing them all, it seems that it’s always related to the relationship between inlet pressure and flow rate. Although surge involves many parameters, none of them are used. It is also calculated using the outlet pressure, but in the end it is converted back to the inlet pressure. These temperatures are referred to as the 10%, 20%, …, 90% distillation temperatures. The highest gas phase temperature during distillation is the dry point. Crude oil is a very complex mixture.
The distillation temperature refers to the temperature at which the side-stream oil is distilled or extracted from the main fractionation tower.
