Our company is preparing to install a new set of 150,000 t/a ion membrane caustic soda, and asked me to be responsible for the bidding document for the pure water system. However, the design institute did not provide the pure water scale and detailed indicators. Can the elder brother help give some advice? We use the electrolyzer of the Japanese chlorine project. The primary brine and denitrification use the membrane process. The hydrochloric acid synthesis scale is 3wt/a. These are the main places where it is used. Why not go to a design institute? This problem should be solved by the design institute! I'm going to look up previous projects, hoping to find information related to this....
Are your tenders very detailed? Haha: D Regarding the indicators and other chlorine projects, there will also be requirements for CEC's caustic soda process. The pure water used mainly includes light brine for dilution, alkali solution plus pure water, sealing water for some pumps, and pure water for dissolving sodium sulfite. The largest consumption should be during the regeneration of chelating resin.
