How are PVC pipes connected? Is flange connection used between the pump and the pipe fittings, and are there any specifications regarding the flange grade? ? ?

PVC pipes are connected to each other using fittings, with the pipes and fittings bonded together with glue (plastic welding can be used as an additional measure for extra security). If disassembly is frequent, flange connections should be used; if disassembly is not frequent, straight-through pipe connections are suitable. If the pressure is above 0.1 MPa, welding is advisable. The flange grade can be determined based on the process conditions.
