It was lunch time, and his colleagues called him to come with him, so he had Feeling anxious, he suddenly turned the wrench while talking, and with a bang, the lid of the bucket flew up, and ethanol vapor sprayed into his face. At that time, he could not see anything. We quickly carried him to the pool, flushed his face with a large amount of tap water for ten minutes, and then rushed him to the hospital. After treatment, he fully recovered. Later, everyone chatted together and said that it was not a corrosive material. In fact, this matter can be completely avoided. Work must be done according to the system and procedures, and don't think about taking shortcuts. I hope young people who have just joined the factory will remember this sentence: Work calmly! Quite true, many accidents are caused by human factors

Safety work is something that happens around us all the time. We should not take it lightly at any time. When several workers in our factory were transporting MEA solution, a worker kicked up a bucket. As a result, the lid of the bucket came loose and a stream of solution went straight into the eyes of the worker next to him. He was washed and sent to the hospital. Fortunately, he was not seriously injured.
After an accident occurs, the cause can basically be determined as a violation after analysis. The procedures for violation may be different. Follow the rules, easier said than done. Does perfect management provide another way for managers to shirk their responsibilities? ! ? The human factor plays an important role in accidents.
Reduce people's trust and do not take chances. Strictly follow the operating procedures. It feels like everyone is trying to be lazy, and people will laugh at them if they work honestly.
