It’s a good suggestion; it’s finally being put into practice. Why does the person who assigns tasks want wealth? I think that for useful tasks (those that are organized and used by many people), the person who assigns the task should be given some reward.
Those who post tasks have to pay wealth, mainly as a means of imposing restrictions on one another; otherwise, there would be no need to use the task-posting system at all – it would be sufficient to simply post a request for help If this part-time job posting is no different from a request for help, then it’s meaningless. This approach primarily advocates: helping one another, and understanding that rewards come from effort (you can’t get anything without working for it).
How does the publisher pay for the assets, and how is completion of the task confirmed? The forum has a feature for offering rewards (it’s not available in this area yet, but it could be considered for implementation). Confirming that a reward has been given is an issue – what if, after completing the task, the person who posted the request does not approve it or refuse to pay?

Personally, I think this process is rather cumbersome; it takes some time for the moderators and posters to evaluate the work done, and this period may be even longer in case of special circumstances. The idea of having a general moderator could be considered – people could post bounty posts, with the poster themselves deciding on the outcome of the work, while the general moderator would only need to set some rules for these bounty posts. This way, things would be both simpler and clearer!
Such tasks differ from ordinary bounty posts, mainly due to their different purposes. The primary aim of creating such tasks is to foster mutual communication and assistance, to reward such in-depth interactions, and to guide the direction of the forum, so that it truly serves as a bridge between its members. There are certainly certain issues with intermediate operations, which is why we need to keep summarizing, improving, and enhancing them. This is also a new attempt, a new exploration.
What if someone, after receiving a task, finds that they are unable to complete it? Should the task be returned or passed on to someone else through the moderator? If there is time wasted during this period, how should this account be calculated? Find someone to help you complete it?
It’s indeed possible to encounter such problems; don’t take on tasks that you can’t complete. Wouldn’t it be pointless to take them on only to fail to finish them? Another approach is to use competition – allow 2 to 3 people to take on the task at the same time and compete to complete it. The reward depends on the specific circumstances.
