I have a question: the gas contains a small amount of HCl, about 2% (mol%), with hydrogen making up the majority of the rest. What material would be suitable for using in such pipelines? The temperature is around 50 degrees, and the pressure is 5 kilograms of absolute pressure.

There are U-PVC pipes; if you have too much RMB to spend, use C-PVC instead.
Using U-PVC pipes will work.
Aqueous HCl is a strong acid that has a strong corrosive effect on metals; however, when it is in a gaseous state and dry, it does not ionize to release H+, so its corrosivity is lower. Therefore, aqueous HCl cannot use metal materials, including austenitic stainless steel. It is best to use plastic pipes; by \"second floor\" it refers to pipes with a steel lining covered in plastic ; U-PVC on the fourth floor refers to rigid polyvinyl chloride, while C-PVC refers to chlorinated polyvinyl chloride.
It is recommended that the poster use pipes made of reinforced polypropylene – they are durable and cost-effective!
If there is no moisture present, ordinary carbon steel pipes will suffice; if moisture is present, pipes lined with PTFE are required. If your company has plenty of money, then using Hastelloy would be the best choice – there definitely won’t be any problems with that

A glass fiber reinforced plastic lining can be used on the PTFE tube
This is related to temperature; Haskel-type alloys can only be used below their boiling point, zinc can be used up to around 200 degrees, while the operating temperature for non-metals is not yet well known
