Once the Ningxia–Shaso coal indirect liquefaction project is in full operation, it will be able to produce 80,000 barrels of refined oil per day, generating an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan. This supplementary agreement clarifies the financing strategy, product marketing strategy, and procedures for applying for incentive policies for the Ningxia-Shaso coal indirect liquefaction cooperation project, thereby facilitating its further development.
