May I ask: what are the process differences between submersible pump fuel dispensers and self-priming fuel dispensers?
Take a look at the \"Code for Design and Construction of Automobile Fueling and Gas Filling Stations\" and you’ll understand. 6.2.5 Gas stations should adopt a refueling process that uses oil tanks equipped with submersible pumps to supply multiple machines (nozzles) simultaneously. 6.2.6 When self-priming fuel dispensers are used, each dispenser shall be equipped with a separate inlet pipe for each type of fuel to be dispensed.
Suction pumps draw in oil under negative pressure, while submersible pumps do so under positive pressure
