I would like to find out who (which organization) is using 13X molecular sieve Is a 13X rod or a 13X ball being used? What are the specifications of the 13X molecular sieve in use? How many tons of molecular sieve are used in the device? How is it being used? Also, do you think the 13X ball is better, or the 13X strip? I also hope you can put forward specific suggestions for improving the 13X molecular sieve.

Our company has used 13X sodium-type molecular sieves, which are spherical in shape with external dimensions of 4–5 mm. Each of our units uses around 600 L of these molecular sieves; there are quite a few such units in total. The performance of these molecular sieves is acceptable, but their strength needs to be improved (their wear resistance is insufficient). A small amount of surface powder detaches from them when they are in contact with solvents.
On the third floor, please provide detailed information on the molecular sieves used by your company. Also, what is the strength of your 13X molecular sieve? Falling powder degree is an issue that molecular sieve manufacturers should address during the production process of molecular sieves.
13X ball—4X8 mesh; the strength requirement set by ordinary manufacturers is an average of over 70 Newtons, while better manufacturers manage to achieve values of 90–100 Newtons. The wear standard for 13X balls is generally kept within 0.2% by manufacturers. Regarding the surface dust of 13X molecular sieves, molecular sieve manufacturers generally do not have a standard for this. However, it can be specified clearly in the contract according to the user’s requirements. As far as I know, the surface dust level on 13X balls from good manufacturers can be at 60PPM.
