There is an electric heating kettle that requires an electric heating device. The basic data of this kettle are as follows. Material name: Solid-liquid mixed slurry. Operating temperature: 260°C. Working pressure: 3.6 MPa. Equipment volume: 40 liters (ø350X450). For this medium-pressure equipment, the client requires remote temperature (pressure) sensing ports, yet no relevant product manual is provided by the client. May I ask the experts here. In such a situation, should one insist on obtaining from the client the relevant product manual, or the structural drawings showing the design of the connectors for remote temperature (pressure) measurement?
The customer should be consulted regarding remote measurement devices; if no special requirements are specified by the customer, the designer will select the appropriate recorders, sensors, etc. The structural design can usually be based on the installation structure of thermocouples and thermal resistors, as well as piping requirements
