Containers that cannot undergo hydrostatic testing and airtightness testing

I remember having seen this question on a forum before, but I can’t find it now; so I have to ask everyone again to tell me how to search for it or to help answer the following question: The code specifies that containers for which a pressure test is not allowed – i.e., containers that require a leak test instead (Article 30). I would like to know what kind of containers are not suitable for pressure tests or leak tests. Article 100, Paragraph 1 of the code mentions containers in which it is not possible to fill the vessel with liquid due to structural or supporting reasons, as well as those whose operating conditions do not allow residual test liquid to remain inside. Besides these, what other types of containers cannot undergo hydraulic testing, or cannot undergo airtightness testing, or cannot undergo either type of testing?
