The raw methanol is pumped through the methanol feed pump to the methanol preheater to exchange heat with the reaction gas, and then enters the vaporization tower for vaporization. The reboiler of the vaporization tower uses low-pressure steam for heating. The methanol gas coming out of the vaporization tower goes through the gas heat exchanger to exchange heat with the reaction gas and then enters the reactor in two streams. The gas coming out of the reactor is heat exchanged by the gas heat exchanger and the methanol preheater, and then condensed by the crude methyl ether condenser and then enters the crude methyl ether storage tank. The non-condensable gas from the crude methyl ether storage tank enters the alcohol washing tower. After the methanol absorbs the dimethyl ether brought therein, the non-condensable gas goes to the external fuel network. The methanol used for absorption is sent to the alcohol washing tower through the methanol feed pump branch. The crude methyl ether coming out of the crude methyl ether storage tank is sent to the distillation tower by the feed pump of the distillation tower. The steam at the top of the tower is condensed by the condenser of the distillation tower and then refluxes due to the position difference. The dimethyl ether product is obtained from the upper part of the distillation tower, and is sent to the product storage tank after being cooled by the product cooler. The water-methanol still liquid overflowing from the distillation tower enters the still liquid storage tank, and then is sent to the vaporization tower, where the methanol is stripped and recovered as raw material to the reactor. The process wastewater obtained from the tower reactor goes outside the boundary area.
