Part of Article 29 of the regulations is as follows: Article 29 The design drawing (blueprint) of a pressure vessel must bear the seal certifying the qualification for pressure vessel design (a photocopy of such seal is invalid). Drawings with an invalid design qualification stamp and those already stamped with a completion stamp shall not be used for manufacturing pressure vessels. The validity period of the unit’s qualification seal for pressure vessel design is December 31, 2007. The unit provided the owner with pressure vessel design drawings stamped with this seal in September 2007, but the owner did not place an order by December 31, 2007. According to Article 29, it is unclear whether this qualification seal for pressure vessel design became invalid after 2008, and whether the drawings provided can no longer be used to manufacture pressure vessels. Yes, it cannot be used. The owner can negotiate a replacement seal.

It is no longer possible to follow that pattern for production. The \"Rules for the Qualification Approval and Management of Pressure Vessel Design Organizations\" stipulate that design organizations must submit an application for renewal of their design license to the approving authority 6 months before the expiration date of that license. If a organization fails to submit such an application by the deadline, it automatically loses its right to carry out design work.
According to what was said above, 3 months before the expiration date, the original design qualification stamp can no longer be applied to the construction drawings, and the owner must be informed regarding the expiration date? Is this what you all do?
