As the title suggests, please do not copy the materials (I have many of them); I would like to seek guidance from those with experience. Generally, silica sols are either solid silicon dioxide dispersed in a solvent, or they are obtained by replacing the solvent in a water-soluble sol prepared by the gel method
I’m not quite sure what you mean. A sol is generally obtained by reacting water glass with hydrochloric acid, and then taking the supernatant to control the silicon dioxide content. Then, ion exchange resin is used to remove sodium ions and chloride ions. After further post-treatment, a sol can be prepared
