Excessive oxygen content led to an explosion
During maintenance, clean and flush the gutters, and seal the manholes. Otherwise, explosions and fires in the trench can be triggered by welding sparks. It has happened in our unit before, resulting in 4 adjacent manhole covers being blown away.
Wear a safety helmet when inspecting installations in winter; otherwise, it can cause personal injury. After winter rain and snow, ice forms on the device, creating ice spikes that can easily injure the head when they fall off.
