Dear experts: For a 100,000-ton hydrogen peroxide production plant, what size of chiller is required to condense the vent gases from the hydrogenated liquid tank, the oxidized liquid tank, and the regenerated liquid tank? The desired temperature is 5–7 degrees Celsius
Is it just the cooling and condensation of the exhaust gases? A very small amount should suffice; it’s estimated that 30 m3/h of chilled water will be enough

Condensers have been added to the vent ports of each storage tank.

The oxidation liquid storage tanks should be equipped with condensers and activated carbon adsorption beds for venting, while the others can be vented through condensers alone. They are separate from each other. Additionally, a flame arrester must be installed for all venting systems.
