Problems after cylinder expansion of the circulator

The methanol circulation pump originally had a displacement of 8 cubic units; it was upgraded to 10 cubic units to meet production requirements (with the motor power adjusted accordingly). After the modification, noise was heard from one side of the pump. Several disassemblies for inspection revealed no issues, and adjusting the clearance did not solve the problem either. Please have experienced colleagues conduct an analysis.
