:D 1. Boiler operators must undergo training and pass assessments before they can operate the boiler independently; operating the boiler is strictly prohibited without a valid operator’s license. 2. Before lighting the boiler, it is necessary to check whether safety accessories such as pressure gauges and pressure relief valves are in good working condition; operations to start the boiler are strictly prohibited if these safety accessories are not functional. It is also necessary to check for any leaks in the fuel gas valves and other valves. 3. When starting the combustion, a lighting rod must be used; the flame should be kept small at first, and the temperature should not rise too quickly, to avoid uneven heating in different parts and thus protect the lifespan of the boiler. 4. The water supply speed should not be too fast; after starting the fire, one must constantly monitor the water level inside the furnace. If the level rises above the maximum limit, water must be drained to lower it. 5. If unusual noises are heard inside the furnace, the boiler operator should inspect it immediately; if necessary, the furnace should be shut down for inspection. 6. During boiler operation, the specified water level must be maintained within the bubbles, and the pressure must not exceed the operating pressure of the boiler; the boiler operator should regularly monitor the pressure gauge. 7. When the boiler is full of water, it is necessary to drain it promptly, stop the water accumulation, and restore the water level to normal. 8. After shutting down the boiler, wait until the water has cooled down to below 70 degrees before draining it; once it has been completely drained, chemically treat the water inside the boiler. 9. Before leaving the boiler room, the boiler operator must turn off the water and electricity supply, as well as the fuel gas valves, and close all doors and windows.
