Leakage problem in wet ball mills

I have a wet ball mill, and water is leaking from the bolts that connect the liner to the cylinder body as well as from the bolts that connect the liner to the front cover after it starts operating. Please help me resolve this issue.

When installing the liner, leak-proof measures must be in place between the cylinder and the liner. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

There must be a problem with the gasket; it should be checked to see if it isn’t pressed tightly enough. Or biased.
