1) What coating is applied to the outer nozzle tip? 2) What is the performance after spraying? 3) What is the effect of ceramic inlaying in the middle? 4) Several existing organizations are conducting research in this area. I would appreciate guidance from all of them
I’m not sure what kind of combustion burner you’re referring to in terms of gasification technology. It seems to be a three-channel burner for water-coal slurry gasification; the outer burner doesn’t require spraying, and materials with high heat resistance will suffice for its construction. Abroad, Co50 is commonly used, while in China HG188 is used. The use of ceramics in such burners is merely a concept – there are hardly any practical applications of it.
