The technologies used in these companies are constantly being updated, making them far more complex than those in the new energy and chemical sector. That makes sense. Due to the unsatisfactory development of nitrogen fertilizer companies, their profitability is low. In fact, if the leaders of these companies could think more creatively by combining nitrogen fertilizers with methanol, and then developing downstream products based on actual conditions, the companies would grow larger and become more profitable. As a result, employees would stay, work more efficiently, and overall profitability would improve further.
Such leaders also consider themselves talented, feeling that the company cannot function without them! Actually, it doesn’t make much of a difference if you do that.:lol
