1. Preparations before startup: Before turning on the system, check the power supply as well as the mechanical lubrication of the equipment, and verify whether the devices connected to the system meet the requirements for operating a nuclear scale. 2. Turn on the radiation source, start the frequency converter and set it to manual mode, then activate the backup power supply, and finally start the microcomputer. 3. After the microcomputer is started, it will automatically enter the batching program. Once all peripheral devices have been started, the batching program is initiated to begin the batching process. During production, except in cases of power outages lasting more than 2 hours or when power shutdown is required for maintenance, the computer should not be turned off arbitrarily under any other circumstances. 4. To ensure compliance with the production process requirements, it is necessary to calibrate the nuclear scale regularly; the zero-point calibration should be performed once a day ; Physical calibration should be carried out at least twice a month. To ensure stable system operation, the thickness of the material layer on the conveyor belt is adjusted during calibration, so that the variable-frequency drive motor operates at 750 r/min to 1200 r/min. 5. Adjust the feeding amount of the feeding screw in real time during operation to ensure stability of the material on the scale, preventing either material loss or empty conditions.
