Before putting an industrial furnace into operation, its lining needs to be heated, with the required temperature reaching up to 1000°C. I would like to ask everyone: which type of heating furnace would be more suitable in this case? Additionally, I am looking for technical information related to heating furnaces.
I’d like to ask politely: is this regarding the first start-up of heating the lining, or is it a normal operation? Are there any other special requirements for the furnace? From our understanding of the question, it seems quite simple: fuel is introduced, and the temperature is increased gradually according to a specific heating curve until the desired temperature is reached; for example, in the case of a hydrogen production converter, when the temperature reaches 1000°C, operation proceeds using the aforementioned method. This process has no direct relation to the type of furnace. Reply to Floor 2: First of all, thank you for your active participation! The method you mentioned is correct; we have been using it as well. Now we want to design a heating furnace outside the furnace, to be used for both the initial drying process and subsequent operations. The goal is to avoid having gas burn directly inside the furnace. I hope I explained this clearly.
