How many batches of 70.5 cubic meter reactors need to be produced before the reactor needs to be cleaned?
The cleaning cycle for a 70m3 reactor is generally around one year
Which one can do a cleanup once a year? What kind of wall coating is being used? Generally, four or five hundred kettles should be enough.
That should be considered a fairly good wall-coating effect as well. By the way, do you know about the base coat used in polymerization reactors? Our kettle model 70.5 wasn’t coated properly; it had to be cleaned after just a few batches of production, using high-pressure cleaning water at 200–500 bar

We have around 1,000 vats.
Our company started production in 2008, and we only cleared inventory once last year
What coating agent do you use? What is the spray flow rate? It’s really great to achieve this batch cycle
