What is the diaphragm head of the control valve? Does it mean "membrane cover"?
The diaphragm pneumatic head is a diaphragm pneumatic actuator.

:L The diaphragm cover is part of the diaphragm head. The pneumatic diaphragm actuator includes the diaphragm cover, diaphragm, and output shaft. The diaphragm cover is an external member that forms a closed space. The internal air pressure drives the diaphragm to realize the movement of the output shaft.
That paint can only paint the outer shell, not the diaphragm inside. So the paint part is the film cover. What you see on site is the round head on the upper part of the control valve, which is usually painted green.
