Our company needs metallic sodium in the production process, and the finished sodium is in block form. In order to react thoroughly, the metallic sodium block is required to be cut into particles or filaments before use. In the past, we used a sodium cutting machine to cut it manually. After cutting, it was transported to the reactor by a sodium truck for use. This is time-consuming, laborious, and kerosene-consuming, and is very dangerous. I don’t know if there are more advanced cutting methods that can be directly cut and put into the kettle, or used in liquid form. Is this feasible? Please support it with an expert, thank you!
It is better to buy granular sodium directly, store it in kerosene, package it in small barrels, and send it directly to the workshop.

We have the same problem, sodium tablets are more expensive. Manual cutting is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and also has loopholes in safety.
