Overall galvanizing treatment

The air purification filters designed by our company are required to have an overall galvanizing treatment. However, since zinc cannot be applied to the partitions inside the filter after they are welded, those partitions are cut out and then galvanized. Yet the appearance of these partitions after galvanizing is quite unsightly. Does anyone know of a good method that can achieve a better overall galvanizing effect?
Discuss this with the technical or design team to see if it’s possible to galvanize the area first, then weld it, and finally apply more zinc coating.
It is best to use overall galvanizing first and then connect with bolts.
