It’s a brochure from a foreign company, and under the list of services it offers, there is one item called “instruction package”. Does this “instruction package” refer to a guide package? There is also an entry under the table of contents that says “physical view” – how should this be understood? Did he mention earlier a \"overview of xxx (an overview of xxx company)\\" supervision operation procedures, that is, management operation procedures? (I keep feeling it’s not quite right) Assisting the plant-wise commissioning procedure – helping with the factory-specific commissioning process? (How then should this \"wise\" be understood?) Assisting in the development of appropriate factory commissioning procedures: Helping to create reasonable procedures for factory testing (Wise has the meaning of “reasonable”)

If it refers to the services provided, then the instruction package should mean “guidance services”. assisting the plant wise commissioning procedure: assisting in (formulating) the equipment commissioning procedure (where “wise” is understood as “layers, scope”)
