When marking the thickness value of the head in the drawing, should the minimum value after stamping of the head be marked?
When marking the thickness value of the head in the drawing, just mark the thickness value of the head directly. As for the minimum value after stamping, you can just write it in the technical requirements.
During the calculation process, is it checked according to the minimum thickness of stamping forming?
It can also be noted in the dimensioning. like: 10 (min ≥ 8), but the calculated thickness + corrosion allowance + negative deviation cannot be greater than 8. Generally, the manufacturer must use 10mm thick heads for stamping of 8mm thick heads.
