Our company is planning to start a new phosphogypsum treatment project. We want to wash the phosphogypsum processed by the disc filter in the current phosphoric acid production and then process it with a belt vacuum filter. The gentleman has some information about the belt vacuum filter. Please provide it. It can be either domestic or foreign. I would be very grateful. The approximate processing capacity is about 120 tons per hour, and the moisture content in the filter cake is about 15%. Thanks in advance!

There is now a new filtration equipment, which has the same function as the belt filter, but optimizes the characteristics of the belt filter. The biggest disadvantage of the vacuum belt filter is that it frequently releases the vacuum during the filtration process, which increases the load on the vacuum pump, increases the loss, and increases the unit cost. I suggest you search online for a filtration equipment similar to a belt filter that can continuously feed in and out materials and does not require vacuum release. The vacuum belt filters used in my original unit have all been replaced by this equipment. Due to issues related to professional ethics, I cannot directly disclose the model and manufacturer to you. The belt vacuum filter is not easy to use! Filter belts are expensive and consume a lot of energy!
