The cooling water valve of the pump should be slightly opened. 3. Drain condensate from the bottom of the instrument air tank regularly. Prevent water from entering the instrument air; 4. The hot oil pump must be in a preheated state. 5. Outdoor instruments should be coated with insulating fluid or equipped with steam tracing. 6. The waterline of the device should be slightly open to prevent freezing and cracking. 7. The emergency oil return line of the device must be purged continuously to ensure steam flow. 8. When going out for inspections, a safety helmet must be worn to prevent ice spikes. 9. To save energy, do not discharge under pressure. 10. Do not stop supplying liquefied gas; when cleaning with alkali for liquefied gas, avoid using alkali solution to prevent line condensation. 11. The water supply to the water seal tank in the torch area shall be changed to running water. 12. The pipelines of the shutdown system should be thoroughly blown out with clean air to prevent freezing and cracking of the pipelines.
