Shandong Zouping Tiejiong Energy Company is constructing 2 5.5-meter ramming coke ovens, one of which is currently undergoing drying.

Where are your friends upstairs from? How do you know that we are building a 5.5-meter ramming coke oven, the first one of its kind, which is about to go into operation soon?

When will it be put into operation? I would like to visit it; I was there once in November last year, and it was still under installation at that time.

Zouping Tiejiong has already put one furnace into operation, with another one currently in the process of being heated up. Its coke ovens are always distinctive; they offer insights upon inspection. The methods used for loading coal, pushing coke out, and removing dust are environmentally friendly and unique, though they still require further evaluation

However, some issues arose with the gas heating section of this furnace during its operation; these were resolved after adjustments were made. The coke oven was designed by the Second Chemical Engineering Institute and constructed by the Fourth Metallurgical Construction Company

Tie Xiong does not engage in dry quenching of coke; Hebei Xuyang and Henan Jiyuan Jinma also do not carry out dry quenching of coke

Jiyuan Jinma was designed by Jiaonai Institute and operates well. Yunwei was designed by Huaer No.2 Institute, but its environmental performance is poor; the quality of the furnace construction is average. I have inspected it
