Let’s discuss how many operators are needed for a reforming unit using the third-generation OUP process
At present, most are combined with others; if not in a combined unit, the maximum capacity is 5 people: a team leader and 4 members
We have a capacity of 24 people, divided into 4 shifts
For hydrogenation, reforming along with CCR, the total staffing per shift consists of: 1 DCS operator, 1 external shift supervisor, and 2 operators. Including the supervisor in charge, there are a total of 5 people. If, like the friend above, each team is equipped with 6 people, daily production will be a bit easier.
It depends on the scale of the facility; at least 30 workers are needed
We have 6 people in total for extraction, isomerization, and reforming.
