Our unit is equipped with a high-pressure reactor, and the material inside the reactor contains KCl crystals; as a result, the stem of the outlet control valve is often punctured, resulting in many sand holes I’m asking the experts; there doesn’t seem to be any good solution.
It is recommended to use a discharge ball valve, which can prevent the situation you are facing.
