Our factory is in urgent need of a new copper melt water cooler: the original one suffered from corrosion, which caused massive leaks of the copper melt. After taking measures to seal the leaks, the effect was not significant, and there was a tendency for the leaks to continue expanding. Later, a water cooler was taken from the caustic soda branch plant, but it started leaking again. I would like to ask now, where are the copper liquid water coolers that perform well? Our plant now produces 80,000 tons of synthetic ammonia!

Designed for 80,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, a horizontal cooler with a heat exchange area of F=320 m3 can be used in parallel; the water system pipes are Φ219 in diameter, while the tube bundles consist of tubes with a diameter of Φ25 (each tube having a volume of 6 m3, for a total of 900 tubes). One of them is a horizontal chiller on standby for easy maintenance and cleaning. If there are used equipment, such as some old water treatment units from the conversion and decarburization sections, you can definitely repair them and use them yourself. Additionally, when purchasing a heat exchanger, if the tubes are made of 304 stainless steel, there is no need to worry about their quality at all. The horizontal cooler in our factory has been modified. It has been modified so that the copper melt flows inside the tubes, while the circulating cooling water flows between them; the outer cylinder of the horizontal cooler is also cooled by circulating water. Since we are in the northern region, the results are quite good~~~
