How should the breather valve on a phenol storage tank be calibrated?

A 50m3 phenol storage tank equipped with a vent valve – can it be calibrated by itself? Should it still be classified as a safety valve inspection?
Breather valves should be inspected and maintained regularly; at present, we do this once per quarter, with an additional inspection before winter arrives. Inspection and maintenance mainly involve checking whether the valve disc moves up and down smoothly, whether there is any sticking, and whether there are any foreign objects present. But I didn’t see any mandatory regulations; some brothers can post it here for everyone to take a look
I’ve learned about it. I don’t know where the original poster is located – does that place produce phenol or use it?
