Design institute capabilities

Please discuss which petrochemical design institutes, other than those belonging to Sinopec and CNPC, have strong capabilities What are the strongest areas of each design institute? Which design institutes have undertaken the design for synthetic rubber production at the provincial level or above?
It seems like there’s too much of it; does Global count as well?
Huanyu was incorporated into CNPC just last year, and the chemical engineering planning and design institutes in several provinces are quite strong.
In fact, many small private design firms are also very strong in certain aspects.
Huanyu belongs to the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and is not part of Sinopec or CNPC
Tianchen Chemical Engineering Design Institute (specializing in gasification), Shandong Provincial Chemical Engineering Design Institute (synthetic ammonia, medium-pressure carbon propylene decarboxylation), Shanghai Chemical Engineering Design Institute (pharmaceuticals), and Tianyi Technology (C1 chemistry) – each of these institutes has its own areas of strength； Professional companies are doing quite well; Hangzhou Linda (specializing in dimethyl ether and low-pressure methanol processes). I don’t really know much about those involved in the rubber industry.
Huanqiu used to be under the Ministry of Chemical Industry; after that ministry was abolished, it came under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Starting from June 2005, it was fully integrated into CNPC.
China Global Chemical Engineering Company came under the direct management of the Central State Enterprises Working Committee after the Ministry of Chemical Industry was abolished in 1999. In 2002, China Global Chemical Engineering Corporation was renamed China Global Engineering Corporation and came under the jurisdiction of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. After June 2005, it was fully integrated into CNPC.
Shanghai Chemical Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Chemical Engineering Design Institute) was established in 1963 and is now a subsidiary controlled by China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (HQCEC). ——It belongs to Sinopec. Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. of Sinopec Group was established in 1953; it has had various names in the past, such as “Shanghai Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry”, “Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the **Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau”, and “Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Design Institute of Sinopec Group”. It is the oldest pharmaceutical design institution in China, as well as one of the first large-scale comprehensive survey and design agencies in the country to engage in petrochemical and chemical engineering design. ——Belongs to Sinopec
