I used to work in technology. The company decided to build a new factory, and I was assigned to the project team. Since it’s been drawn, one has to understand something about it, so I’m turning to the bosses here for help. The steps for building a new factory! Note: In principle, it is an expansion; the existing factory already has all the necessary permits, and the new factory is designed to quadruple the production capacity of the original one. The original water, electricity, cooling systems, factory facilities, warehouses, and equipment all need to be rebuilt. I feel it’s pretty much the same as creating something from scratch, so I asked about the steps for creating it from scratch. We are a hazardous chemicals company. There is no need to deal with external agencies (such as those for industry and commerce, taxation, water resources, and electricity supply). It’s just internal work, involving steps such as laying the foundation, building the factory buildings, installing equipment, lifting it into place, purging the system, and conducting trial runs. There are many tasks that can be carried out simultaneously, and one of the most crucial aspects is coordinating the drawing design and schedule at the design institute; otherwise, work delays are likely to occur.

I’m not sure what role you hold in the project team; if you are the team leader, there are many more things to consider. 1. Project progress, timeline chart (that is, when the project starts and when it is completed). 2. What are the components of the project? Which tasks come first and which come later? It’s best to arrange in order. 3. Composition of the team: what tasks need to be carried out, what kind of personnel are required, how many people are needed at a minimum, and which tasks each person will handle. The more detailed this information, the better. 4. There are many issues that need to be addressed regarding coordination with the design firm, environmental protection agencies, fire safety departments, and external construction workers. 5. Project investment, budget, funds for equipment procurement; whether the funding plan for each stage of the project exceeds the budget, and whether additional capital is required. 6. The rationality of work arrangements, whether the project schedule is being followed, prompt supervision to make corrections, consideration of some unforeseen situations, and timely reporting to management, etc. Thought of it randomly; please correct me if I’m wrong
