Our company has 600,000 tons/year catalysis, running the second cycle for a total of 108 days, and stopped due to technical transformation. Before the shutdown, the solid content remained high for nearly half a month. Through various analyzes and adjustments, the solid content fluctuated greatly, causing a lot of inconvenience to production. After the shutdown, the two machines were inspected and found that the rotational coking was not very serious (my device uses a coarse-rotation single-rotation soft connection). However, when the settler wing valve was later inspected, it was found that the wing valve body was severely coked (that is, the sealing surface between the valve plate and the valve body), causing the valve plate to be lifted up by the coke block and unable to close and contact the valve body, let alone seal. I personally find this situation very strange, because the dry catalytic time is relatively short, and I have never seen the wing valve body coking. Generally speaking, if the problem of running agent occurs on the wing valve, most of the reasons are because the angle of the wing valve has changed or the wing valve is worn. Please help analyze and solve why the wing valve is so severely coked? (My personal opinion is that the amount of stripping steam is not enough, the reaction temperature is too high, and the oil itself has too much colloid, so the atomization effect is not good. ) Please give me some advice.
