The choice of mass flowmeter should be based on the conditions of the detection point and the detection accuracy requirements. If the accuracy requirements are not high, it would be a waste to choose a gas mass flowmeter.; If necessary, it is recommended to choose imported products (such as E+H ROSEMOUNT). Domestic products are not yet very mature and their performance is not stable.
Are the control accuracy requirements high? Brooks thermal mass flow controller is very suitable for your requirements, but the price is high: lol
Micro Motion mass flow meters are still good, but the price is higher. You can consult the manufacturer, they will have a more professional introduction.
Sanwu also has this kind of small flow thermal mass flowmeter, and Brooks also has it.
I have used small-flow mass flowmeters from Qixing Huachuang and Brooks in school before. I think Qixing Huachuang's is okay, but it needs frequent calibration.
I have seen thermal mass flowmeters in promotion lectures, but have never used them.; For mass flow meters, E+H and ROSEMOUNT are stable.
If your gas has a single component, you can choose a gas mass flow meter. My unit mainly uses the 10A series of Fox Company and the ST8 series of FCI Company.
