It is recommended that the actual moderators of each section first spend 20 days training in the standard section; the experienced super moderators in the standard section can oversee these actual moderators. This accelerates the process of standardization and scoring, and also trains the actual moderators. Appropriate criteria for seeking personal opinion can be used to retain the standard area. Of course, it will be a hassle for the old version.
The real moderator is only familiar with this board – why pick random people to do the job? Can anyone try the standard version?

It is possible to issue work tasks; establishing standards is exhausting, and it is difficult to reach consensus when sharing tasks. For the standard section, in my personal opinion, it would be better to appoint a moderator – it takes some effort, but they can organize all the standards thoroughly (and assign tasks to handle this work). In the future, when new content is uploaded, it can be simply reviewed. (This is the method I used when organizing the materials for an authentication review; it seemed to work well, so it’s worth giving it a try.) However, the moderator will need to go to the trouble of providing a hard drive to store the organized materials (perhaps by creating a folder and directory in HaiChuan). For reference only: lol

There are no moderators in the Standard area at the moment. After I resigned, for some system-related reason, my name still appeared in the moderator list.
