May I ask, are there any differences between ANSI 16.5 and ASME 16.5 in American standards? If so, what’s the difference! ! ~~ Also, for the 3'' ANSI 150 RF specified on the parameter sheet, what standard should it comply with?? ? There is no difference; ANSI 16.5 and HG20615B16.5 are compatible with each other.
1. ANSI 16.5 and ASME 16.5 are not very different; we used ANSI 16.5 flanges in the past, but now we use ASME B16.5 flanges. 2. On the parameter drawing, it is 3'' ANSI 150 RF – what standard should this comply with? ? (It should be the ANSI standard; ASME has its own marking method.) )
It can be matched with the PN2.0 DN80 RF flange in HG20615.

ASME 16.5 deals with steel pipe flanges, and this standard is identical to HG20615 (American standard) and SH3406.
There is almost no difference between these two standards. The 3'' ANSI 150 RF you mentioned lacks complete specifications.
3”-150RF- corresponds to SH3406 in China or HG20615 in the American standard system

There is no difference; the ANSI series includes the ASME series. As a standard in the United States, it can be seen by referring to ASME/ANSI B16.5-2003. . 3 “-ANSI-150 refers to the American standard flange for DN80, with a pressure rating of 150LB; the dimensions can also be referred to in ASME/ANSI B16.5-2003.
Oh, I forgot one thing: RF refers to a convex flange; don’t confuse it with an FF flat flange. Hehe. .
