Site administrator, Professor Hai: Considering the needs of Haichuan’s development in 2008, I would like to make two recommendations here (combined into one topic post): 1. I recommend that keepingforward be appointed as the super moderator of Haichuan； 2. Recommend Bone as a lecturer at Kaichuan. Everyone must have seen the achievements that keepingforward and bone have made on the forum, so I won’t go into details here. Due to my limited time online, I won’t be able to communicate with Version K in time; regarding the matter of taking on the Super Version role, the forum administrator can make the final decision based on the needs of the forum’s development and Version K’s own wishes. When recommending someone from within, one need not avoid relatives; when recommending someone from outside, one need not avoid enemies! ! ! Support the original poster and the development of the forum! ! !
Version K is very capable; it has also provided me with a lot of help with the English section. This honor is well-deserved for him; I hope the headquarters will approve it.
Well, the management team does need to be strengthened, otherwise it won’t be able to keep up with the rapid development of the forum.
Just a thought; it’s not targeted at anyone in particular! Regarding the standards for super moderators and instructors, in my opinion, super moderators are forum management members who do not need to have expertise in technical fields; they are similar to managers in a company – as long as they have enough time and possess a certain level of management skills, that is sufficient. For instructors, when checking their membership privileges, those without management rights are at the \"highest\" technical level; such individuals need to have a high academic standard. They do not need to spend energy on management tasks (with exceptions for those whose passion lies in that area). Their main role is to solve problems and provide authoritative opinions (as in HaiChuan). It’s G Version’s recommendation; I haven’t seen the information about those two individuals. But since I trust G Version, I trust his judgment as well. I hope that those two can reach a higher level, so that HaiChuan can have more outstanding top-tier talents!
I’ve contacted both of them; the K version has accepted the invitation, while Bone hasn’t responded yet. Be a bit more patient, hehe
