Design of continuous reactors

Our company produces pesticides. In the past, we used a single reactor for batch processing, which had its advantages at that time. However, as we have developed further, we have come to realize that this approach is very labor-intensive, difficult to manage, and subject to too many human factors. Therefore, we want to switch to a continuous production system using multiple reactors in series. We are interested in carrying out chemical engineering design for this purpose and are looking for those who have experience in this area. For multiple batch sequential reactors, any regular design institute can handle it； If the poster is worried, they can turn to CNPC’s design institute.
