After I joined the factory in 2006, the manager assigned me to a new restructuring workshop that was under construction, as a process engineer. At that time it was still in the preliminary preparation phase (the stage of selecting process technologies). Now the workshop is almost ready to be put into use by July 1st, and it’s necessary to complete everything by October 1st. After success, a summary needs to be written. I was wondering if any of you have experience in this area – how long should such a summary be, and what are the main topics it should cover? I appreciate your advice.
