I haven’t been on Haichuan for very long; I’m considered a novice. It’s great to learn here in my spare time. I really admire the work ability and attitude of all the moderators here. I would like to offer a few suggestions: 1. Regularly identify the “top ten unresolved issues” and post rewards for their resolution in a prominent place on the forum, offering substantial rewards to those who provide excellent solutions. In fact, many people have discussed these issues before, and doing this has many advantages – it helps to resolve the problems of those seeking help and gives those who provide solutions the opportunity to showcase their skills. 2. Hold regular skill competitions in various industries to select winners. Haichuan has made some progress in this area, but more can be done; competitions can be held in various forms, which will help to motivate members and increase the forum’s popularity. 3. Categorize the uploaded materials carefully to avoid confusion, and coordinate materials from different industries promptly. Due to time constraints, and not knowing what the moderators think, I’ll stop here. If you find these suggestions feasible, I can discuss them in more detail. I’m also ready to answer any questions.
